Painter and decorator — Covington County

Join our team: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Covington County, Alabama. You will work in a factory paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls Ideal candidate: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers 5+ years on the tools preferred.
