Access scaffolder — Henry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an access scaffolder in Henry County, Illinois. The job is at a high-rise building site. Day-to-day duties: • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid Ideal candidate: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
