Fabrication workshop technician — Webster County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Webster County, Georgia. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits The role involves cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
