We are recruiting: kitchenhand (New Mexico)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in San Juan County, New Mexico. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
