Dough maker — Wayne County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Wayne County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
