MIG/MAG welder — Stephens County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Stephens County, Georgia. The job is at a busy production line. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Your main tasks: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
