Sausage maker — Ikot Abasi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦70,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
