Line cook — Lawrence County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Lawrence County, Alabama. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
