Powder coating line operator wanted in Jerome County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Jerome County, Idaho. Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
