MIG welder — Omala

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Omala, Kogi State. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes The role involves lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose.
