Grill cook — Jenkins County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Jenkins County, Georgia. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time with occasional weekends.
