We are recruiting: we are hiring a pressman in Independence County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine The role involves shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
