Earthmoving equipment operator — Anderson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Anderson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. The role involves: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle Requirements: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
