Fusing press operator — Ndokwa East

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Ndokwa East, Delta State. The job is at a textile finishing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
