Motor grader operator — Fulton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Fulton County, Arkansas. You will be based on an earthmoving and excavation site. The role involves load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; check for underground cables and services before digging; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Overtime paid at a premium rate.
