Head baker wanted in Madera County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Madera County, California. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
