Confectioner — Weld County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Weld County, Colorado. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
