QC technician — Catoosa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC technician in Catoosa County, Georgia. The role involves raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
