Great opportunity: we are hiring a site carpenter in Portage County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
