Chiller technician — Garrard County

Join our team: we are hiring a chiller technician in Garrard County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy refrigeration workshop. The role involves recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; clean condenser and evaporator coils; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture. Ideal candidate: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Valid driving licence for field call-outs We offer $180 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
