Maintenance painter — Otsego County

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Otsego County, Michigan. The role involves: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Sand and fill walls before applying primer What we are looking for: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Own brushes and basic hand tools At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
