Bread baker — Robertson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Robertson County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
