Commis chef — Yagba East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Yagba East, Kogi State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
