Prep cook wanted in Saluda County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Saluda County, South Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
