Bread and bun maker wanted in Casey County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Casey County, Kentucky. You will be based at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
