Now hiring: we are hiring a punch press operator in Muscatine County, Iowa. The role involves: • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components What we are looking for: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Full-time with occasional weekends.
