Dough maker — Daviess County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Daviess County, Indiana. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off.
