Now hiring: we are hiring a beldar in Wabasha County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer Requirements: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Part-time with flexible hours.
