Short order cook — Divide County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Divide County, North Dakota. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 4+ years on the tools preferred.
