Restoration bricklayer wanted in Jackson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Jackson County, Wisconsin. The role involves mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
