Oven operator — Todd County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Todd County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
