Great opportunity: cnc setter-operator (Oyo State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Ibadan South East, Oyo State. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. You will watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
