Vacancy available: we are hiring a moulder in Hancock County, Tennessee. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. On the job you will handle: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
