Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Russell County, Alabama. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
