Great opportunity: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Guernsey County, Ohio. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. On the job you will handle: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
