Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Macon County, Alabama. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
