Bakery assistant — Iowa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Iowa County, Wisconsin. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
