Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray painter in Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day The role involves clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams.
