Press shop operator — Monterey County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press shop operator in Monterey County, California. You will work at a white goods manufacturing plant. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout You will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
