Toolroom milling operator — Boyd County

Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Boyd County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Your main tasks: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
