Day to day you will follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist; carry out turndown service in the evening; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners.
