Press machine operator — Delta County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press machine operator in Delta County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
