Sheet metal roofer — Kern County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Kern County, California. What we are looking for: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Day-to-day duties: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
