Tower crane operator — Lafayette County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Lafayette County, Arkansas. The role involves keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Strong attention to safety and load limits Six days a week, one day off.
