Our restaurant kitchen in The Scottish Borders is hiring a cook. You will be responsible for preparing dishes to spec, keeping HACCP records. Requirements: knowledge of food hygiene rules; at least 2 year(s) of experience preferred. Working time is about 40 hours weekly on the day shift. Meals during shifts are provided.
