What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service Six days a week, one day off.
