Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ethiope West, Delta State. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
