Immediate opening: kitchenhand (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Wheeler County, Texas. You will be based in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
