Milling machine operator — Dutsin Ma

Join our team: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Dutsin Ma, Katsina State. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day to day you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
