Dough maker wanted in Lincolnshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Lincolnshire, England. You will work at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
